Butternut Squash Soup with Thyme and Pumpkin Seed Roux (Vegan)

22 ounces in a 24 oz jar

The squash is roasted and then combined with a roux of ground Crispy Pepitas and pureed with sauteed onions and olive oil for a delicious, simple soup that wil bring color and flavor to your holiday table. 

Ingredients: butternut squash,* onions,* Crispy Pepitas,* olive oil, Celtic sea salt, thyme,* nutmeg*  (* = organic)

Recipe is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nightshade-free, black-pepper-free and GAPS/Paleo Diet-friendly.
