We are temporarily packaging our nuts in compostable bags due to low supply of jar lids. Our walnuts are activated by soaking them in filtered water with Celtic sea salt for 6-8 hours, then dehydrate them at a low temperature until crispy and delicious, preserving the nutrients and rich flavor.
