Mulligatawny originated with a South Indian dish whose name translates from Tamil as "pepper water." British colonists and their Indian cooks gradually adapted it into a hardier soup with chicken, cream and apples to balance the curry flavor. Our dairy-free version uses coconut milk and a mild housemade spice blend. 

Ingredients: chicken,* chicken bone broth,* brown rice,* apples,* onions,* celery,* carrots,* coconut milk (guar gum-free)* Celtic sea salt, apple cider vinegar,* curry powder,* thyme,* black pepper*   (* = organic)

Recipe is gluten-free and dairy-free.
