Sweet Water Farm & Ranch Company was founded in 2017 by Michael, Samuel, and Joseph Santry—a father and sons team with a deep love for the natural world. By starting this small, family-operated ranch, we saw an opportunity to play our part in preserving the land and improving the world we all live in.

The farm, located in Columbia, CA, specializes in Pasture-Raised California Berkshire Pork, a premium pork product that stands out for its quality and humane production standards. This specific designation highlights both the breed’s unique qualities and the sustainable, humane practices used in raising these animals. California Berkshire pork combines the renowned attributes of the Berkshire breed—such as its juicy, richly marbled, and tender meat—with the advantages of a West Coast environment, specifically the Central Sierra foothills where Sweet Water Farm & Ranch Co. raises its pigs.
