We can't be the first ones in history to attempt a holiday-themed of sauerkraut... Can we? This warming ferment opens with a subtle fruity overtone and finishes with a hint of clove. It mostly just tastes like sauerkraut, but it may evoke memories of mulled cider or fresh baked apple pie. Happy holidays from our Fermentation & Preservation crew!
