French Lentil Soup with Mushrooms and Kale (Vegan) -- 22 oz

For an earthy, satisfying vegan soup, we caramelize onions, sauté mushrooms, braise them in a housemade vegetable broth with California-grown French green lentils and kale, then finish it all with porcini mushroom powder and fresh herbs. Try it with a dollop of yogurt cream.
