For an earthy, satisfying vegan soup, we caramelize onions, sautee mushrooms, braise them in a housemade vegetable broth with French green lentils and kale from County Line Harvest and Live Oak Farm in Sonoma, then finish it all with porcini mushroom powder and fresh herbs. Try it with a dollop of our Piima or Yogurt Cream.
