Four 4oz patties. Our grassfed ground beef comes from Carman Ranch, the first Regenerative Certified meat producer in the country, and a collective of women-owned ranches in California and Oregon that practice holistic pasture management to support soil health, ecosystem diversity and carbon capture. And the meat is super-tasty! We blend in minced onions, herbs, sea salt and pepper, and enrich the meat with bit of pureed beef liver for a nutrient-dense patty. These raw hamburgers are frozen and ready-to-cook.
