For this version we've omitted the baby kale and spinach and are using lacinato kale.  We start with our housemade Caesar Dressing, made with pastured eggs, our own probiotic Cultured Mustard and Omega 3-rich anchovies, then layer tender cooked navy beans, lacinato kale, topped with a sprinkling of authentic Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
